Overview

The Elite Parent is a parenting organization and reminder app designed to help parents and guardians keep track of school dates, birthdays, holidays, activities, travel, appointments, and family planning details.

The current version of the app is local-first. Family reminder information entered into the app is stored on your device and used by the app on your device to create reminders, timelines, dashboard views, and calendar views. The current version does not require an account and does not sync your family reminder data to a backend server controlled by us.

The Elite Parent is intended for use by parents and guardians. It is not intended to be used directly by children.

Information You May Enter

You may choose to enter information such as:

• Child names.
• Child birthdays.
• Child grade or school stage.
• School start and end dates.
• School event dates, such as picture day, conferences, field trips, class parties, and school breaks.
• Activity, lesson, sport, camp, and travel dates.
• Holiday preferences and family observances.
• Birthday planning details.
• Health, appointment, school form, medication, allergy, or physical reminder details.
• Custom reminders and notes.
• Flyer images or flyer text you choose to add through Add from Flyer.
• Family planning details, such as lunch account reminders, pickup logistics, volunteering, travel packing, hosting, or household reminders.

You control what you enter. The app is designed to work with partial information, and you can skip details you do not know or do not want to add.

Please do not enter information you are not comfortable storing locally on your device. The Elite Parent is an organization and reminder tool. It is not a medical record system, school record system, emergency service, legal compliance system, or substitute for official school, medical, travel, or childcare communications.

How Information Is Stored

In the current version, information you enter into the app is stored locally on your device using on-device app storage.

The current version does not:

• Create a user account.
• Upload your family information to a backend server controlled by us.
• Sync your reminders across devices.
• Share your information with another parent or partner.
• Send your child or family details to an external calendar service.
• Use advertising SDKs, third-party tracking SDKs, or analytics SDKs.

Because the app is local-only, deleting the app may delete the local data stored by the app. You should not rely on the current version as the only permanent copy of important school, health, travel, childcare, or family information.

How The App Uses Information

The app uses the information you enter to:

• Generate relevant reminders.
• Build dashboard, timeline, and calendar views.
• Personalize reminders by child, date, pack, and family preference.
• Save reminder status, such as completed, snoozed, dismissed, or edited.
• Keep pack setup details available locally so you can finish setup later.
• Extract reminder suggestions from flyer photos, images, or pasted flyer text when you choose to use Add from Flyer.
• Prepare a privacy-safe widget snapshot so iOS home-screen and lock-screen widgets can show Today Radar counts and short reminder titles.
• Schedule local notifications if you enable reminder delivery.

Apple Subscriptions And Premium Access

Premium subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit. The Elite Parent does not receive or store your payment card information.

Apple may process purchase, subscription, receipt, transaction, refund, tax, billing, and App Store account information according to Apple's own terms and privacy policies. The app may use StoreKit purchase status to determine whether Premium features are unlocked.

The current version does not use RevenueCat or any other third-party subscription management SDK. The current version also does not use a backend entitlement server or backend receipt validation. Premium access is determined locally on your device based on Apple StoreKit purchase status.

Restore Purchases uses Apple's StoreKit purchase history and subscription status. Deleting or reinstalling the app may remove local family, reminder, pack setup, and preference data, but active StoreKit purchases can be restored through Apple if the subscription remains active.

Local Notifications

The app may use local notifications if you enable reminder delivery. Local notifications are scheduled on your device based on reminder information stored in the app. The current version does not need to upload your reminder data to schedule local notifications.

You can change notification access in iOS Settings. Notification content may include short reminder titles and timing information so the reminder is useful when it appears on your device.

No Account, Backend, Or Sync In The Current Version

The current version does not include account creation, login, cloud backup, backend sync, or real shared family accounts.

The current version does not send invites, create accounts, or share reminder data with another parent or partner.

No Sale Of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information. The current version does not include data brokers, advertising networks, third-party tracking, targeted advertising, or personal information sale.

No Third-Party Tracking Or Advertising

The current version does not include advertising SDKs, third-party tracking SDKs, analytics SDKs, cross-app or cross-website tracking, targeted advertising, or data sale.

Add From Flyer, Widgets, Calendar Sync, Purchase Validation, And Sharing

Add from Flyer lets you choose a flyer photo, image from your photo library, or pasted flyer text so the app can suggest reminders for you to confirm. Flyer processing is performed on your device. Flyer images, extracted text, confirmed reminder suggestions, and flyer source attachments are stored locally on your device unless you delete them or delete the app.

The app may ask for camera or photo library access when you choose to take a flyer photo or select an image. You can change camera and photo access in iOS Settings.

The app includes iOS widgets for Today Radar. Widgets use a local, privacy-safe snapshot written by the app so the widget can show reminder counts and short reminder titles. Widgets do not upload your family data to us.

The current version does not include external calendar sync, real partner sharing, RevenueCat, backend receipt validation, analytics, advertising SDKs, or custom payment processing outside Apple's App Store in-app purchase system.

Children And Family Information

The Elite Parent is intended for parents and guardians to organize family reminders. The app may contain information about children if a parent or guardian enters it.

The current version is not directed to children and does not ask children to provide information. Parents and guardians are responsible for deciding what family information to enter into the app.

Do not enter sensitive health, school, travel, custody, pickup, medication, allergy, or family information unless you are comfortable keeping that information in local app storage on your device.

Data Sharing

In the current local-only version, we do not receive the family, child, reminder, flyer, pack setup, or custom reminder information you enter into the app, and we do not share that app information with third parties.

This does not include information that Apple may process through the App Store, TestFlight, iCloud device backups, device diagnostics, crash reporting, operating system services, or other Apple-controlled services. Those services are governed by Apple's terms and privacy policies.

Website and Support Communications

If you visit our website, your browser and our hosting provider may process standard technical information needed to display the website, such as IP address, browser type, device information, request time, and pages requested. We do not use the current website for advertising or third-party tracking.

If you contact us by email or through a support channel, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, screenshots, device details, or support question. We use support communications to respond to you, troubleshoot issues, and improve the app. Please do not send sensitive child, medical, school, travel, custody, or family information unless it is necessary for your request.

Data Deletion

Because the current version stores app data locally, you can generally remove local app data by deleting the app from your device. Deleting the app may permanently delete local reminders, child profiles, flyer sources, flyer images, pack setup answers, custom reminders, and other app data.

If you email us for support, you may request deletion of your support communication by contacting privacy@cegeenterprises.com, subject to legal, security, and operational retention needs.

Security

The current version relies on your device and operating system protections for local app storage. You are responsible for securing your device with a passcode, biometric authentication, and appropriate device settings.

No method of storage is perfect. You should avoid entering highly sensitive information that you do not want stored locally on your device.

International Users

The Elite Parent is operated from the United States. The current version is designed as a local-only app and does not transmit family reminder data to us. If you access the app or website from outside the United States, your use of the app and website may be subject to the laws of your location.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy as the app changes. If we make material changes to how information is stored, collected, shared, synced, or processed, we will update this policy.
